- Accace and ZAKA VC partner once again for another Spring edition of AceOn Accelerator
- The accelerator welcomes Pre-Seed and idea-stage startups of various verticals to apply before March 7th
- The Accelerator will offer funding to select alumni of the program
This March, the pan-European startup accelerator AceOn gathers its new Spring batch. Industry-agnostic Pre-Seed startups are welcome to apply and take part in the intensive international two-month acceleration program.
AceON Accelerator is a joint initiative of Accace, an international advisory company, and ZAKA VC, the renowned Czech family office. They started AceOn to support startup founders who are ready for hard work and challenges, embrace the volatile nature of the tech startup ecosystem, and realize the importance of knowing for sure what their customers really want.
Thus, the Accelerator welcomes:
- committed teams or solo founders hungry for success;
- both software and non-software solutions to an acute problem;
- a product with the potential for rapid global scaling;
- startups in the Pre-Seed stage, but idea-stage startups with a proven concept are also welcome..
Topics and Mentors
The two-month acceleration program is heavily packed with lectures, workshops, and Q&As (mostly online) on valuation, finance, MVP development and validation, pitching tips and tricks, vertical and geographic expansion, and more. All of this is meant to help aspiring founders feel and act well-organized and confident during the chaotic period of the earliest stages of a tech company.
Experienced mentors will cover such topics as:
- startup-specific software solutions
- low-code and no-code development
- financial planning and metrics
- fundraising
- pitching and being attractive to investors
- and more topics in which participants will show interest during the program
The pool of mentors will include:
- Mate Klemp, Multipreneur and Co-founder at WEZEO
- Milan Novotný, Director of SEO and Content at CloudTalk
- Mihaela Pašek-Virlan, CEO and Partner at Accace
- Andrej Petrus, Head of Investment Committee at ZAKA VC
- Bohumil Pokštefl, Co-Founder at SaaS Garden
- Michaela Šišková, Co-Founder and CEO at DNA ERA
- Slavo Tuleja, Founder and Managing Partner at Kiuub
- Gerald Zankl, Co-Founder and CEO at Kickscale
- Altogether 25+ mentors. Check out the full list on the program’s website.
Roadmap and Benefits
The startup founders are welcome to apply before March 7th, after which the organizers will take their time before finalizing the list of participants. The acceleration program begins on March 21st and will culminate in the Demo Day on May 23rd.
Acknowledging the obvious fact that startups in early stages are in need of capital for product development, marketing, sales, and expansion, AceON Accelerator is willing to become an investor and offer up to EUR 70K of funding to the select startups who will graduate from the program.
To that, all participants will benefit from AceON’s contacts and network. The self-apparent advantage of this European-wide acceleration program is an opportunity to meet kindred spirits from different verticals, not to mention AceON’s founding partners – an international advisory company Accace and VC family office ZAKA – who both have representation and wide networks of contacts internationally.
