ReaktorX, the renowned startup accelerator, announces the launch of its 2025 batch, inviting startups from Central and Eastern Europe to apply before February 16th. This industry-agnostic program offers a unique hybrid structure, combining online mentoring with key in-person events, fostering cross-border collaboration among emerging businesses. 

ReaktorX distinguishes itself through its hybrid format. While the majority of mentoring sessions are conducted online, pivotal events such as the inaugural week and the Demo Night are held in different CEE countries each year. This approach not only promotes regional collaboration but also provides startups with exposure to diverse markets and ecosystems. The selection of host countries is inspired by the Eurovision model, with the winning startup’s country often serving as the next event location.

Mentorship

A hallmark of ReaktorX is its emphasis on personalized mentorship. Instead of traditional workshops, the program’s focus falls on one-on-one sessions with mentors, many of whom are successful founders and investors from the CEE region themselves. Roadmap and Prizes

Following the application deadline on February 16th, the ReaktorX team will review submissions to select the participating startups. The interviews with the top 40 selected teams will run from February 16th through 28th, and the teams selected to participate in the accelerator will be announced on March 8th 2025.

Selected startups in the program will receive EUR 25K in funding through a SAFE deal, along with an additional EUR 75K in partner benefits, including discounts and credits from AWS, Stripe, and other leading service providers. This financial and strategic support aims to help startups scale efficiently while reducing operational costs.

Each startup will be paired with an experienced lead mentor, ensuring personalized guidance throughout the acceleration journey. Mentors will provide tailored insights, helping teams refine their business strategies, strengthen their market position, and navigate challenges unique to their industries.

The program is structured across three key phases. It begins with an immersive on-site experience in Bucharest, Romania (March 17-23, 2025), where the five selected teams will engage in intensive collaboration, planning, and preparation. This will be followed by an eight-week online acceleration phase (March 23 – May 17, 2025), featuring progress-driven sessions designed to meet each startup’s specific needs.

Finally, from May 18 to June 18, 2025, startups will spend one month in the United States, gaining exposure to the global market. This phase will include meetings with potential customers, partners, and investors, offering invaluable opportunities for international expansion and business growth.
