On August 26th, the well-known Romanian co-investment platform SeedBlink continues its series of regular online events where startups that are currently fundraising on the platform get the chance to highlight themselves better before potential investors, as well as the general public. The startup of the evening is InstaSun – the Romanian manufacturer of sun protection dispenser booths for beaches.

SeedBlink is a crowd investment platform that provides tech startups from Romania, CEE, and beyond, with an opportunity to raise additional funds from smaller investors. The regular ticket size in a SeedBlink campaign is as affordable as EUR 2,500 or EUR 1,000 for Club members, but the campaigning startups have a possibility to adjust it further.
Among other advantages, a SeedBlink campaign is a perfect opportunity for a startup to engage its customers as stakeholders.
The platform’s most famous portfolio companies include Dronamics, Rayscape (ex-XVision), and Bright Spaces.
As for InstaSun, it is the Romanian startup that developed a beach booth that dispenses sun protection. As opposed to regular means of sun protection (in plastic bottles), InstaSun’s solution provides for an even 360° distribution and underscores green-consciousness through its use of solar power and non-use of plastic. The booths are equipped with contactless payment terminals and present excellent ad spaces.
InstaSun has validated by successfully installing and maintaining 22 of its devices in the Mamaia Beach in the Romanian coastline.
The startup is raising EUR 200K of convertible loan, and the campaign runs until September 15th.
