On September 9th, the famous Romanian crowd investment platform SeedBlink continues its series of regular online events where startups that are currently fundraising on the platform get the chance to highlight themselves better before potential investors, as well as the general public. This time, the stage belongs to Jobful – the Romanian gamified HRTech.

SeedBlink is a co-investment platform that provides tech startups from Romania, CEE, and beyond, with an opportunity to raise additional funds from smaller investors. The regular ticket size in a SeedBlink campaign is as affordable as EUR 2,500 or EUR 1,000 for Club members, but the campaigning startups have a possibility to adjust it further.
Among other advantages, a SeedBlink campaign is a perfect opportunity for a startup to engage its customers as stakeholders.
The platform’s most famous portfolio companies include Dronamics, Rayscape (ex-XVision), and Bright Spaces.
As for Jobful, it is the Bucharest-based HR Tech startup with a proven track record of helping tier-one companies acquire and retain talent. The company employs proprietary AI and ML to provide client companies with top notch matches, importantly including cultural fit.
Founded in 2017, the startup has ensured the trust of such renowned companies as BCR, Heineken, IKEA Foundation, Raiffeisen Bank, and Regina Maria, among others. Jobful also boasts about doubling its ARR to EUR 350K and team to 14 people.
Now, the startup is crowdfrunding EUR 100K of Seed investment, and the minimum ticket is EUR 2.5K. The investment is meant to help Jobful grow on three directions:
- Jobs4All – the startup’s platform targeting people with disabilities
- Zbor – Jobful’s new marketplace for youngsters
- Wyndham integration for further EMEA expansion
