On September 17th, the renowned Romanian co-investment platform SeedBlink is holding a ‘How to avoid becoming uninvestable to a VC?’ webinar. It will cover key communication strategies to keep a startup remain attractive in the eyes of venture capitalists and common pitfalls to avoid red lights. The webinar will feature Eversheds Sutherland’s partner Ted Cominos Jr. and SeedBlink’s chairman of the board of directors Radu Georgescu.

Speakers and Topics

Ted Cominos Jr. is a partner at Eversheds Sutherland’s Chicago office where he specializes in M&As, private equity, and corporate transactions. With over two decades of legal experience, he advises domestic and international clients, including private equity firms and public companies, on intricate matters like restructurings, joint ventures, and asset sales. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland, Mr Cominos was a partner at Faegre Drinker.

Radu Georgescu is a prominent Romanian entrepreneur and investor with more than three decades of experience in the IT and technology sectors. He established GeCAD Software in 1992, achieving notable success through significant exits, such as the sale of ePayment to Naspers and Vector Watch to Fitbit. He is currently the founding partner of Gecad Ventures and the chairman BoD of SeedBlink.
