Founders and Their Vision

Outcraft AI was founded in late 2025 by a team of three:

Outcraft AI Co-Founders (left to right) Will Nauseda (CEO), Edvinas Rakickas (CRO), Rytis Dereškevičius (CTO)

  • Will Nauseda (CEO) has a strong background in SaaS sales. His previous experience includes serving as the CCO at Warmy.io, Head of Sales at AnyBiz and PickyStory, and Senior Account Executive at Omnisend.
  • Edvinas Rakickas (CRO) brings experience in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship, having built products in e-commerce and a data analytics team for the sports betting industry. He also founded Nextus.ai, which helped B2B companies add USD 25M to their sales pipelines in 2025.
  • Rytis Dereškevičius (CTO) is an engineer with years of experience building core systems across payments, domains, virtual private servers, and identity. He previously served as a Lead Software Engineer at Hostinger and co-founded Wizlogo.

‘Our inspiration for Outcraft AI came from the need to automate Inbound Sales work at my previous companies. I had this idea for a while, but AI, especially Voice AI for calling, wasn’t ready back then. I was following tech progress closely, and as soon as the technology became actually good enough, we were ready to build and move fast to be one of the first ones to build AI Revenue Agents with omnichannel reachout capabilities,’ Mr Nauseda shares.

Building Momentum and Customer Milestones

Since its founding, Outcraft AI’s significant milestones have been:

  • Early backing from the venture builder Lost Astronaut;
  • Onboarded early customers across SaaS and e-commerce, including Pulsetto, Omnisend, Kiloverse, and Warmy.io;
  • Increased demo booking rates by 300% for some users and recovered up to 25% of abandoned transactions within minutes.

‘Like most startups, our initial challenge was landing and onboarding our first customers. Fortunately, we had two major advantages: an exceptionally strong technical team and early strategic backing from venture builder Lost Astronaut. This combination allowed us to move quickly and build a highly functional early version of Outcraft AI. Instead of delivering a basic prototype, we launched a product that was already capable of generating revenue for our first clients, allowing us to prove our value proposition and build trust from day one,’ Mr Nauseda recalls.

Autonomous Revenue Agents

Essentially, Outcraft AI builds autonomous revenue agents that connect to a company’s CRM and commerce systems, monitor customer behavior in real time, and automatically take revenue-generating actions when opportunities arise. These AI agents engage customers across voice calls, SMS, email, and WhatsApp, handling conversations and follow-ups without human intervention. Today, the platform is used for workflows such as lead qualification, demo booking, onboarding, abandoned-cart recovery, failed-payment recovery, re-engagement, and churn prevention, with the long-term goal of automating the entire customer revenue lifecycle.

Marius Burgaila, Co-Founder at Lost Astronaut

‘While AI is often thought of as a tool, Outcraft AI is building something fundamentally different – systems that autonomously execute revenue workflows end-to-end. We actively look for teams this early, and as a founding investor, we back exceptional founders globally when we see this level of clarity on a large, real problem. Outcraft AI is reshaping how revenue is created, captured, and scaled,’ Lost Astronaut’s co-founder Marius Burgaila comments.

Outcome-Driven Design, Transparency, and Guardrails

Outcraft AI is designed with human-like voice AI to facilitate real conversations that sound natural enough to convert, recover, and retain customers, without hiding that it is in fact an AI agent.

‘Outcraft AI is committed to transparency: we will always disclose that we are an AI agent. We believe service excellence is the top priority, making the AI’s identity secondary to the positive outcome and utility received by the user,’ Mr Mauseda shares.

According to him, Outcraft AI is also explicitly built to focus on outcomes rather than subjective activity metrics. As such, the team measures the performance of its agents through hard data points such as demos booked, revenue recovered, users retained, and LTV (lifetime value) increased.

‘Our commitment at Outcraft is to the continuous improvement of our agents. We actively monitor their performance, ensuring quality and accuracy, and implement necessary fixes. This ongoing enhancement process is guided by client feedback and proactive quality assurance,’ the CEO assures.

To prevent mistakes, Outcraft AI enforces strict functional guardrails. The autonomy of the AI agents sits entirely within defined outcome parameters. Each agent knows its specific goal whether it is booking a meeting, recovering a payment, or reactivating a user and it operates strictly within that lane. Agents are programmed not to go off-script or take unilateral actions outside of their predefined workflows.

While it’s easy to imagine complex sales cycles where revenue impact isn’t immediately attributable, Outcraft AI currently focuses on high-velocity businesses where rapid response times directly and measurably impact revenue that’s where the startup’s solution apparently generates its strongest results. According to the team, the most immediate advantages are seen in use cases like inbound lead response and checkout abandonment recovery.

Expansion Plans and Future Vision: Orchestration Layer for Revenue Teams

Arvydas Bložė, Partner at Practica Capital

‘Outcraft AI is building the orchestration layer for a new generation of lean revenue teams – where a single operator can run the entire inbound motion across every channel, at any scale. We see this catering to scalable workflows: the same execution that once required an entire sales team can now run autonomously,’ Practica Capital’ partner Arvydas Bložė emphasizes.

The new funding from Practica Capital is meant to enhance the Outcraft platform’s capabilities and support its expansion into additional markets. More specifically, in terms of future capabilities, the company’s long-term vision is to achieve fully autonomous revenue execution where AI agents can manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial lead capture through to the closed deal, including product demos, qualification, and negotiation.

‘Looking a year ahead, our objective is to enter a hyper-scale phase and establish ourselves as the clear market leader in both E-commerce AI Revenue Generation and B2B AI Revenue Agents. By dominating these sectors, we aim to drive massive, measurable value for our clients while significantly elevating the global purchasing experience across both B2B and B2C markets,’ Mr Nauseda wraps up.

As businesses increasingly look for ways to operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently, Outcraft AI represents a shift toward autonomous revenue execution where AI moves beyond assisting teams and actively drives measurable business outcomes. By combining AI agents with real-time customer engagement across multiple channels, the startup is addressing a critical challenge to growth today: to turn every opportunity into revenue without delays or lost intent. With its focus on measurable impact, transparency, and scalable automation, Outcraft AI is positioning itself at the forefront of how companies can build and manage revenue operations with ultimate efficiency in the future.
