Timișoara’s digital product conference will explore how AI is reshaping product management, decision-making and the teams building digital products. Dedicated to digital products, PROW Conference, returns for its sixth edition on October 30th, bringing together product leaders, founders, investors, UX researchers, designers, and technology professionals from across the industry. Hosted at the Timișoara Convention Center, this year’s event will focus on the practical challenges facing product teams as AI continues to reshape roles, processes, and business models.
More than 20 professionals are set to take the stage, with speakers bringing experience from companies and organizations including GitHub, Miro, Stripe, and Mind the Product. Alongside established product leaders, the programme will feature perspectives from founders, investors, researchers and practitioners working across product management, technology, design and business.
Product Management in an AI-Driven Industry
AI will be a recurring theme throughout PROW 2026, with the programme examining how product teams can adapt as new technologies change everything from software development to research, decision-making and organizational structures. Rather than focusing on universal frameworks or theoretical approaches, the conference will put real experiences, difficult decisions and practical lessons at the centre of its discussions.
Among the questions explored in Timișoara will be how the Product Manager role is changing in an AI-driven environment, how product discovery and user research are evolving, and how teams can make strategic decisions amid economic uncertainty. The programme will also look at what organizations can do to maintain healthy and effective product teams as technology accelerates the pace of change.
- Simina Pasat, VP of Product at GitHub, will explore what happens after an AI-powered product or prototype has demonstrated its potential. In her session, The Demo Was the Easy Part, she will examine the challenges involved in moving from an impressive demonstration to adoption and integration into an organization’s everyday workflows.
From Product Clarity to Psychological Safety
- The programme will also examine the organizational and human factors behind effective product teams. Arne Kittler, Contextual Product Leader at Hey Clarity, will address the role of context in product decision-making in his session Clarity for Product People, exploring how teams can identify gaps in direction, roles, communication and situational judgment.
- Jaïr Halevi, Head of Startups at Miro, will look at another increasingly important aspect of product organizations: psychological safety. His session, The Hidden Driver: Psychological Safety When Code Is Cheap, will explore feedback, team dynamics and the ability to challenge decisions at a time when AI is making software development increasingly accessible.
- The speaker lineup also includes Aleodor Tabarcea, Site Lead at Stripe Romania, who will bring a perspective on investment, growth and building sustainable product companies.
- Simone Parazzoli, Co-Founder of The Agentic State, will examine the emerging relationship between agentic AI, organizations and public institutions in a session titled Towards the Agentic State.
Three Hands-On Workshops Before the Conference
PROW will begin its 2026 programme one day before the main conference, with three hands-on workshops taking place in Timișoara on October 29th. Designed for professionals looking to work directly on product challenges, the small-format sessions will focus on metrics, problem-solving and strategic decision-making, with places limited.
- Büşra Coşkuner, Founder of Producteer, Product Coach, Trainer and Advisor, will lead Success Metrics with and without AI, a full-day workshop focused on defining success metrics and leading indicators that reflect genuine product and business outcomes. Coşkuner will also join the main conference programme, bringing her experience working with product teams across Europe on discovery, strategy and metrics.
- Radhika Dutt, author of Radical Product Thinking, will lead The Puzzle Solving Advantage, a half-day workshop combining user research, experimentation and AI prototyping to address more complex product problems.
- Martin Eriksson, Founder of ProductTank and Co-Founder of Mind the Product, will lead The Decision Stack, focusing on strategic clarity and helping teams make better and faster decisions without escalating every decision to leadership.
Building a Product Community in Timișoara
Since its launch, PROW has been aiming to connect Timișoara’s technology community with the wider international product management ecosystem. The Conference has grown into a community of more than 800 participants, bringing together professionals working across product, development, design, marketing, management, and business analysis.
The sixth edition continues the Conference’s focus on practical experiences rather than generic theories, with speakers expected to share approaches, lessons and decisions drawn from their own work. With AI creating new possibilities while simultaneously challenging established product processes, the event will provide a forum for discussing how teams can adapt without losing sight of users, business outcomes and organizational realities.
The event is supported by Haufe Group, BCR, Intel, Bosch, Banqup, OPSWAT, Stripe, EPAM, and Orange.
