UberLikeApp – App Construction Toolkit by Alexander Gornyi

The post was originally published in Russian on Startup of the Day. Alexander kindly agreed to republish what we think is of great value to our readers.

There are hundreds of unicorns. There are thousands of simply successful startups. There are dozens of thousands of failed ones. There are millions that were never launched. And this is a market that we don’t see, but it’s still there. A great many startup founders never took the risk, never started. They live in every city, the walk among us.

Some have difficulties coming up with an idea. Everything that comes to their mind is not massive enough or not legal enough or the expert board of Tom and Dick and Harry said it couldn’t work.

Another widespread reason is the tech-savviness barrier. There is an idea but no team of programmers (iOS, Android, web, backend, testing, and a CTO to rule over it all). And no money to hire this whole gang. Dead end.

UberLikeApp, the Indian startup of the day, solves both problems in one blow. It programmed typical apps for dozens of popular business models and sells ready IT products to anybody. If you can’t invent something of your own, please pick something similar to somebody else’s. The collection includes Uber itself, OnlyFans, Zoom, Clubhouse, Tinder, food delivery, and practically anything else. Everything is available at a quite modest price, you can slap an individual logo on anything and make it work quite quickly.

A unicorn cannot rise quickly on things like this. Real problems will begin rather than end at this point. Nevertheless, a new business can make its first step this way.

The startup itself is also not a billion company and never will be. The market is small, the ticket is small by definition. But it brings good to the world. The press didn’t report UberLikeApp’s investments.
