The CEE market of startups is growing like never before. Whole European market had almost 12 billion dollars of volume, only in 2019 according to the Crunchbase. After a couple of years of boom on the market it doesn’t slow down but only shows a stable atmosphere of growing. Which might help investors to decide to locate their assets in this region.

We decided to outline sessions/discussions that we consider the most essential ones:

  • Implications of COVID 19 on VC Investing in The Region
  • Challenges of portfolio companies during the Covid-19 outbreak
  • How To Achieve Operational Excellence in PE Firm During The Pandemic?

We strongly recommend tuning into the half-hour keynote of Tim Draper (Founder of Draper Associates) which will start at 18:30 at the CET. He is best known for being an early investor in technology companies such as Hotmail, Baidu, Skype, Tesla or Twitch. The estimated net worth of his, mostly coming from the Venture Capital firm – Draper Fisher Jurvetson is said to be at least 1 billion. Draper is known as a person favouring cryptocurrency and decentralization of assets. Residing in Silicon Valley, he is said to be one of the fathers of success behind most of the technology companies from this area.

The conference might be a good example of many upcoming events that will try to answer the most burning issue on all markets – what kind of investments might be good in the following years and most importantly how it might look within the early of 2021. Organizers promise that individual approach and experience of speakers will help VC and PE invest in the CEE market.

The conference might be a good example of many upcoming events that will try to answer the most burning issue on all markets – what kind of investments might be good in the following years.Virtual PE & VC Conference – CEE Region is the must-attend event for organizations that are dealing with the aftermath of the pandemic crisis and want to become successful investors in the upcoming future. Meeting speakers, having time for networking in the breakout sessions – all of that was almost impossible for traditional conferences. At least for most of the attendees.

If you plan to invest or want to mitigate resources in the Central and Eastern European region, this conference is bound to provide some answers and at least help you put the right questions.
