This November, TRMNL4 teams up with InWorld AI to call AI-native startups worldwide to the new Consumer AI Accelerator program. The program is equity-free, lasts for 6 weeks, and culminates in a hybrid Demo Day event in San Francisco in March 2026. The startups are welcome to apply before December 10th 2025.

The Organizers in a Nutshell

TRMNL4 is a consumer-focused startup ecosystem that connects founders, investors, and global tech partners. With a pipeline of more than 8,700 startups, TRMNL4 delivers acceleration programs with Meta and Snapchat, collaborates with over 100 DTC specialists and 300 investors, and provides founders with the resources, guidance, and network they need to scale efficiently and navigate challenges across product, marketing, and fundraising in highly competitive markets.

Inworld, in turn, is a provider of real-time conversational AI pipelines built to operate at massive scale, handling millions of simultaneous users. Its advanced components integrate easily at a modular level, offering immediate access to built-in analytics and performance insights and ensuring smooth adoption with no need for system migration or overhaul.

To Scale the Next Wave of AI-Native Consumer Tech Startups

Kylan Gibbs, Co-Founder and CEO at Inworld

‘It’s easy to prototype AI products, but scaling to millions of concurrent users is incredibly hard. We built infrastructure for Disney, Xbox, and Nvidia that solves this, and now we’re making it accessible to the next generation of consumer AI founders through this accelerator,’ Inworld’s co-founder and CEO Kylan Gibbs states.

Indeed, in spite of the consumer AI sector’s rapid expansion, many founders still face a fundamental roadblock — infrastructure. Building AI products is easier than ever, but scaling them beyond early adopters remains difficult. Most teams lack both the technical backbone needed to support millions of concurrent users and the commercial expertise required to drive sustainable growth.

To help bridge this gap, the Consumer AI Accelerator program by TRMNL4 and InWorld, running from January 12th to February 20th, 2026, will select 15 AI-native startups from a global pool of applicants. The organizers build the program’s curriculum around three essential pillars: growth strategy, fundraising readiness, and AI infrastructure.

Founders gain access to more than 25 fireside chats and personalized mentorship sessions with operators from Bible Chat, Character AI, Higgsfield, and Pinterest — industry leaders who have successfully grown their consumer AI products to massive scale. Sessions cover user acquisition tactics, lifetime value optimization, monetization approaches, and strategic team building.

Participants will also meet with top investors during an in-person private dinner featuring VCs from Accel, Bitkraft Ventures, Lightspeed, M12 Microsoft, Maven, and SignalFire — firms known for backing the most influential companies in consumer AI.

Tania Ladanova, CEO at TRMNL4

In addition, each startup receives Inworld credits to create native AI experiences using tools such as LLM routing, high-quality AI voices, text-to-speech, real-time pipelines, live experimentation features, and ultra-low-latency infrastructure. Paired with perks from AWS, Cursor, Deel, and Superscale, founders gain more than USD 500K in combined value, helping them build, launch, and scale faster than ever.

‘Founders can now launch AI products in weeks, but scaling to millions of users is where 90% fail. They hit infrastructure limits and lack growth expertise. Consumer AI Accelerator solves both — combining AI infrastructure with direct access to investors and operators who have scaled consumer AI successfully,’ TRMNL4’s CEO Tania Ladanova summarizes.

Eligibility and Roadmap

The Consumer AI Accelerator program targets AI-native startups worldwide across apps & copilots, gaming & media, voice agents, and live customer experience verticals. Applications close December 10, with selection on a rolling basis through pitch deck review and interview stages. The program culminates in a private demo day dinner on March 3rd with investors from Lightspeed, Accel, SignalFire, and 100+ investors overall.
