Less than a month remains before it kicks off, PROW Conference 2025 is set for October 24th at the Timișoara Convention Centre, bringing together product managers, tech professionals, marketers, business analysts, and founders from Romania, the CEE region, and beyond.
The in-person event will feature discussions on product management, technology, design, and marketing, alongside expert-led panels and interactive sessions.
Side Events and PROW on Tour
In the lead-up to the main conference, a series of side events will explore timely topics, including The Local Innovation Ecosystem: Investing in R&D and Technology, co-organized with ANIS; AI Made in Romania: Startup Journeys with PROCESIO and Arcanna.AI, hosted in partnership with Orange Romania.
The Prow on Tour series has already run events in Cluj and Budapest. Next on are Timișoara and Belgrade. The initiative aims to strengthen regional tech networks by fostering collaboration, sharing insights, and supporting the development of products that can scale in local and international markets. It provides a meaningful platform for professionals to connect and exchange practical knowledge across the tech and product community.

Ahead of the main conference, PROW Conference 2025 will host a series of hands-on workshops on October 23rd, targeting product managers and tech professionals looking to sharpen key skills:
- Radical Product Thinking Workshop – Focuses on helping product leaders define a clear vision while balancing long-term objectives with immediate business needs. Participants explore methods to strengthen product intuition and guide teams toward ongoing innovation.
- Maximizing Product Value: ROI-Driven Prioritization Training – Aimed at specialists who want to prioritize features based on measurable business impact. Attendees work with metrics such as ROI, margins, and projections to make data-informed decisions.
- Incorporating AI Into Your Product Game – Covers practical ways to embed AI tools into product workflows, from automating routine tasks to building personal AI assistants and using AI to enhance ideation and validation processes.

PROWpeller Startup Competition & Expo
At PROW Conference 2025, the new PROWpeller initiative will give early-stage startups a platform to showcase their ideas to the broader tech and product community. Ten startups will be selected to:
- Pitch on the PROWpeller stage – each startup gets two minutes to present to the jury and audience.
- Exhibit at the Startup Expo – featuring a dedicated stand during the conference.
- Get listed on the Growceanu platform – gaining visibility among investors, partners, and potential collaborators.

Participation offers startups the chance to present their projects to over 650 attendees, including investors, corporate leaders, and fellow founders. The program also provides direct networking opportunities with decision-makers and expert feedback from the jury and community, helping startups refine their ideas, gain exposure, and explore potential partnerships within the regional tech ecosystem.
